Job Description


Maintains existing and promotes additional subdivision business by the extensive application of sales and service techniques. Meets with subdivision principals to discuss acquirements. Orders, prepares or directs preparation of necessary exhibits. Otherwise assists subdivision in fulfill­ing Department or real estate requirements to sell off lease subdivision parcels.

  • Reviews customer accounts, market reports, etc., to determine the availability of business as well as the company's share of the market. Maintains working relationship with developers, brokers, real estate agents, builders, attorneys, lenders and government officials in order to obtain market information and satisfy their individual service needs. Represents the company in public, customer and community relations activi­ties. Entertains customers at luncheons, dinners, realty board meetings, company tours and sporting events.
  • Meets with subdivision principals to discuss project require­ments (vary for dictation letters accordingly - e.g., City and County Flood Hazard Report, Fire Letter, School Letter, etc.). Prepares and/or directs prepara­tion or C.C&R's deeds, deeds of trust, reconveyance and other sample conveying and encumbering instructions. Ascertains acceptability of tract map and sample instru­ments, recommending changes as necessary.
  • Directs the recording of appropriate instruments, orders updated title report issues guarantees and submits question­naire along with required exhibits to the Department of Real Estate. May assist developer in satisfying reporting require­ments of Federal agencies (e.g., VA, FHA, HUD).
  • Performs related functions such as quoted fees, billing for services, and resolving project discrepancies. Assists company employees and outside escrow personnel on problems and requests relative to approved developments.
  • Assigns and reviews the work of a Title Secretary or Typist.
